Change of Mind Returns — 14-Day Window

We offer a 14-day change-of-mind return policy. You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Eligibility for Change-of-Mind Returns

To be eligible for a change-of-mind return, your item must be:

       In the same condition as received — unworn, unwashed, and unused

       Free from perfume, deodorant, or any other scents

       With all original tags still attached

       In its original packaging

       Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

Items Not Eligible for Change-of-Mind Returns

The following items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns:

       Custom or personalised orders

       Items that have been worn, altered, or washed

       Items returned outside the 14-day return window

Regarding sale and discounted items:

Sale or discounted items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. However, if any item — including a sale item — is faulty, not of acceptable quality, or significantly different from its description, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law still apply and we will provide an appropriate remedy.

How to Start a Return

Please follow these steps to initiate a return:

       Include your order number and reason for return

       Wait for our approval and return instructions before sending anything back

       Once approved, send the item to the address we provide

Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Unrequested returns will not be accepted.

Damages & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@blueaurafashion.com or WhatsApp +61 416 809 797 so we can make it right.

For faulty or incorrect items, we will cover the cost of return shipping and provide a full remedy — including a replacement, repair, or full refund — in accordance with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Sizing & Exchanges

We understand that sizing can vary, especially with traditional wear. If you would like a different size, the quickest option is to return your original item (subject to our eligibility criteria) and place a new order once the return is approved.

If you are unsure about sizing before purchasing, please do not hesitate to reach out — we are happy to help you find the right fit before you buy.

Return Shipping Costs

       Change-of-mind returns: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

       Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items: We will cover all return shipping costs

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome within 2 business days. If your return is approved:

       A refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days

       Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund

       If more than 7 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, please contact us
