Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

During peak periods (such as Dashain, Diwali, Teej, or sale events), processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and will always keep you informed.
